This quilt was submitted by Carol Turner of Chugiak Elementary School. The quilt honors our retiring administrative assistant who served our community for 24 years "Schultzy" and is mounted at 19932 Old Glenn Hwy, Chugiak, AK 99567.

Chugiak Elementary's Art Department has participated in the Far North Quilt Trail to produce a public art piece for the equipment shed on campus. Together, the dedicated teachers and staff crafted a wooden quilt to honor Deb Schultz's remarkable 24 year tenure at Chugiak. Deb's deep connection to the school, from volunteering as a parent to her integral roles as the Admin Assistant, embodies our values of unity and gratitude. Affectionatey known as "Schultzy". Her warm yet authoritative presence has left an indelible mark on our community.
